Pastor Bob Ingram
While in college, Bob accepted the Lord in his heart. Upon completion of his music degree, he traveled with a gospel group for a year. A serious car wreck took him out of the group and while recovering, God directed him to full time ministry with Teen Challenge. There he met his future wife, Dana, who also worked there. Once married, they continued with Teen Challenge for a number of years.
While at Teen Challenge, God directed Bob to learn to fly. Bob continued full time ministry as a youth pastor and eventual went to Seminary. While in Seminary, Bob completed his flying ratings and started flying for a living. Upon completion of Seminary, he continued his flying career and eventually ended up flying for a major airline where he still works today.
While flying for a living, Bob has continued his involvement in ministry including teaching college Bible classes and Sunday School. Prior to coming to Full Gospel, Bob and his wife served as Children's Pastors at Marlton Assembly of God church for over 10 years. They were moved to Connection's Pastors for the last 2 years.
"The last few years, God has begun a process in me. I have felt the need to be behind the pulpit. There are few things that bring as much fulfillment as preaching the Word of God and seeing people respond to the message. Flying big airplanes is fun but it is the Word of God that changes people. That has eternal value. I take seriously 'the call of God' on my life to preach His Word. I realize that I must rely on Him to accomplish anything of value. With His help I can go beyond my ability.
